Returns:

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns/exchanges on ANY item/s with broken tamper seals. Sealed items may only be returned up to 90 days of receiving. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue and we will get back to you. We are committed to making it right.

Refunds:

Full refunds will be applied if the item/s meet our criteria once returned and inspected. Partial refunds or store credits will be applied thereafter. (See below)

  • Full refunds will be processed to the original payment method if returned within 7 days of receiving with a restock fee.
  • Partial refunds will be applied to the original payment method to the item/s received after 7 days but not exceeding 30 days.
    • If item/s are returned within 30 days, a restock fee will be charged. (Refer to “Restock Fees” below)
  • Store credits will be given to the item/s returned after 30 days but not exceeding 90 days.
    • 75% store credit will be given for items received after 30-60days
    • 50% store credit will be given for items received after 31 days-90 days.
    • Orders paid with store credit will be refunded as store credit.
  • Gift cards: Orders paid with gift cards will be refunded as store credit.

Restock Fees:

  • 7 days, a 5% restock fee will be charged.
  • 14 days, a 10% restock fee will be charged.
  • 21 days, a 15% restock fee will be charged.
  • 30 days, a 20% restock fee will be charged.

Restock fees are non-negotiable.
